Husband in jail no place for me to stay

I am foreigner, husband is Indian, married since 08/2015. He is in jail at 307 and 489A. We lived in the apartment of his. After the arrest my father-in-law came and he stays there. I have no money, no place to stay, no clothes. Everything is in that apartment. During arrest police didn't let me take anything and didn't let me stay over there either. Is it eligible? What rights I have in this case to live in my husband's property and how I can get the access over there. What I can do to expedite this process as soon as possible. Thank you
