Husband critically ill and in-laws torturing him

My husband is now under custody of my in laws who hav discharged him frm the hospital & kept him at home..i hav filed a GR CASE against them as they have physically assaulted me & not allowing me to take custody of my husband whose condition is critical...can I appeal to the court requesting fr better treatment in a bigger hospital under police custody whose entire expenses will be borne by me..plz advise...
