How to take legal action against police for bribe

My friend is an accused in a false cheating case. The police man asking rs30000 for not arresting him. The police man also asking him not directly come to policestation but to his residence. My friend has the phone recording of this conversation. My friend got anticipatary bail now. How can he take action against that policeman. Will the court accept audeo recording of phone call as evidense
Approach the vigilance and narrate the matter in detail then they may arrange a trap for the said public servant and with the help of vigilance he can be trapped so approach the vigilance and present a complaint before them

You can prefer a complaint with the Police complaints authority if you are from Kerala and for other states also similar authorities are available where you can file your complaint.you can also prefer complaint before the District Police chief and can attach the copy along with the complaint submitting before Police Complaints authority
