BSES has been asking for money on what basis??Please specify in your question,Secondly they can be stopped if you have been paying of the bills in rightful manner,and they have been overcharging you then remedies are available.

Hi, see if you are using electricity supplying by BSES then definitely BSES has all the right to recover money billed amount from you. And this is a constant process till you clear your outstanding. Yes if you have cleared your dues, despite that BSES is harrasing you, you may approach to the court. Same is the case with MCD to recover property tax from you. Reading your question seems you are very frustrated with the behaviour of BSES & MCD. I would suggest you to personally meet with all the details related to your BSES & MCD property tax so that the best legal support may be provided to you in avoiding further harassment to you by these departments.

Activate Do not disturb DND service on your phone and they will not have the authority to call you. However, if they still do then they will be held liable for harrassing you and you can claim hefty compensation from them.

You have not given full account of your case viz how much money the BSES have been demanding for and for what purpose ? If it is electricity bill then for how many months they are demanding the bill. Whether they are charging exorbitantly ? If so, how and by what amount. You may approach the consumer forum for readdress of your grievances.
