How to stop bail of the kidnappers charged u/s 415,360 and 120(b) IPC

My 2 and half years old nephew had kidnapped and a case is registered to local police and police had recovered child safe and arrested two people and registered a case through IPC 415 360 120(b). After how many days they may be given bail and how to stop their bail
You may contract public prosecutor as well as your own advocate to opposition bail plea of accused if bail is filed .You have to be watch full and also contact the IO of the case so that the charge sheet may be filed in time
