How to settle criminal case with the other party

We have cross case 324 on me and 3 more. On Other party 326 on 2 people. We all want to settle our case please guide me best the procedures.
You are advised to file joint pusis before the respective court and with the permission of the court you can settle the matter if magistrate is not allowing then you will have approach high court for wp.
