Can I renew my passport when criminal cases are pending in high court of andhra pradesh ?

You can renew your passport when criminal cases are pending in courts.
The issuance of passports to citizens of India against whom proceedings in respect of offences alleged to have been committed by them are pending before a criminal court in India is administered by the provisions notified in the Gazette of India vide GSR 570(E) dated 25.08.1993.
2. Please pursue the enclosed link (http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/pdf/GSR_570_dtd_25.08.93.pdf)
3. As prescribed, an applicant is required to submit permission of the concerned court as well as an undertaking in writing on plain paper, as provided at para 1 (d) of GSR S70 (E)
