How to recover my money from car agent who cheated me

I had given my tboard cars to one person for lease on that he owe pay Rs.150000/- and he cheated me car purchases further he has to give 300000/- against car balance and jewel and mobile purchases and I didn't take any signature because I known him since 2006. Further I put a guarantee signature for his car loan how to I release and collect my money from him
You need some kind of documentary evidence to prove your claim. Suppose if you had purchased the car and registered in your name and had given it to your friend you can recover it upon furnishing the relevant particulars such as bills, etc. If you had given your vehicle for lease/rent, you must have entered an agreement, Failing which nothing can be done.
