Prima-facie If the complaint discloses that there is an abuse of process of law then court will definitely interfere & more over the parents role does not exist in harassment then court will interfere to meet the ends of justice.

Yes u can go to high court to quash the FIR under 482 crpc Bcoz only the high court has the power to quash the FIR.But chances are very less as the case is still pending but it is upto your counsel how he can convince the court that your parents are living seperately and had no inference or any role in your maritial life.But still u can try for quash and better u appoint a expert counsel.

you can file a petition with the Honourable HIgh court under section 482 and squash the proceedings if you got the valid ground as per law prevailed and the guide lines of the supreme court which were issued in the year of 2014 and you must prove that there is valid ground for you is essential
