How to prove that no intercourse took place

27-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
i broke up with my girlfriend 3 months back we never indulged in intercourse but some intimacy was there but no genitals were involved. I promised to marry her but later on I asked to comeback but she denied for which i have electronic proof. If in future she charges me for rape, how can i prove that nothing like that happened.

Sir, it is premature to comment on the possibility of your former girlfriend filing a rape complaint against you. If and when something like that happens one will need to await the evidence put forth by the prosecution to suitably meet it in a court of law

Sir It's not for you to prove. First she has to prove physical intimacy. If she does have some proof which she has given to police then we have to examine the same to find how strong the evidence is So you may contact with details.

It is very difficult to prove it that the sexual intercourse takes place between you and your girlfriend. But time is also important facts for this issue because three months has already elapse for proving the rape charges. it can also prove by different method also.
