How to protect myself from false 498a filed by wife

my wife has a lodged false fir 498 a to all family member .I had also filed divorce before three month. when they have threaten us then one informatics petitions has also filled in lower court. Usually AB have granted all person except me .When I move to HC then hon.Judge has not grant my bail they suggest to give huge amount to wife and resolve the matter . but we are not able to pay these huge amount. Another aspect is that I can not believe on wife hence compromise not be possible.In this condition LPA can file in High court or move to supreme court. I am very fed up our system & hopeless. Please suggest how can I protect from false 498A case.
First of all kindly move another anticipatory bail again either in lower court or HC or the Supreme Court. as we don't know why lower court and HC has rejected/ dismissed your bail application which is very unlikely to be dismissed in such cases. secondly it is better to move to mediation and come to a certain things and mutually get separated

L.P.A is not maintainable. you can file quashing application before the Hon'ble High Court. High Court has power to quash any criminal proceeding under Section 482 of the code of criminal procedure. if cognizance has been taken then quashing may be filed. for further details i need to examine your documents then only i can suggest you.
