As per your grievance. Your father is accused who belong to schedule caste. Your opponent also is a schedule caste person. Your opponent has filed complaint against your father. When both parties are scheduled the act itself not applicable. You contact your advocates to make representation in court at proper time.

As far as you did not disclose any grience to file complaint against police officer. As per rules he did his work. So better to prove your case in court instead of filing complaint against others.

Nothing to worry. All these Technics of SC people are very well known to the Police. Meet Commissioner of Police/Superintendent of Police (which ever is applicable). Since already FIR is registered, simultaneously appoint an experienced and reliable lawyer to defend your case. For further clarification meet me through Lawroto.

Hi
You can complain to the Superintendent of police of your locality who is the administrative head for filing complaints against police personnel.
If the Superintendent of police does not take action, you can complaint to Director General of Police.
If DGP also does not take action, then you can approach the High court at Hyderabad
