DEAR SIR IAM SELECTED FOR GOVT JOB IN SB VERIFICATION I FACE ADIFFICULTY IN 2009 MY FRIEND COMITED LOVE MARRIAGE WITH OUT PARENTS NOTICE AT THAT TIME GIRLS FATHER FILE A KIDNAP CASE 234/2009 AGAINT US HE ADDED ME AS A6. AFTER MARRIAGE THEY CAME AND GAVE STATEMENT AS THEY MAJOR WITH THIR CONCENT ONLY DID MARRIAGE SUBDIVISIONAL POLICE OFIICER CLOSED THE CASE AS FAKE ONE... ORDERD AS CNO 199/REF/SDO.M/09 DATED 30.12.2009 THIS CASE NOT FORWARDED TO COURT FOR RCS PROCEEDINGS so details not found at court records NOW I SUBMITED ALL RELEVENT CERTFICATES XEROXES TO SB VERIFICATION OFFICER BUT THEY ARE ASKING FOR COURT CLEARANCE COPY PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW TO GET IT, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET CLEARANCE FOR UN FORWARD CASE.. if they reject due to this reason can I able to challenge this case PLEASE HEALP ME ( now girls father also favour to me to get clearance)
usually in criminal cases if no charge sheet filed you can search for final report in the crime number with the concerned court please contact an advocate in order retrieve the final report copy where in the prosecution withdrawn the case then you can file in order as clearance
