How to handle fraud and unfair practices by medical institute

There's a medical college which gets its recognition showing exaggerated numbers in patients and operations making students write dummy patients case sheets.producing 100 s of doctors who never saw original patients. Though the students never raise voice against the fraudulent activities they are treated as servants and are being fined or put to suspension if anyone doesn't comply to orders. 5 students were suspended recently. What kind of legal action can be taken on management for the fraud? Students are afraid to fight directly
All the students have to join together and boycott the classes and protest against the management, inform the media meantime. Otherwise there are other ways also by knocking the door of justice before court with proof and witness. Consult any advocate through your students union leader or whoever who represents you people.
