How to get stay of false criminal cases filed against me and my father

my cousin filed a partition suit on my father and my brothers including me in 2007.then a criminal case in 2008,2009 and 2010(three criminal case in sec.323,379) we were found guilty in first case but didn't appeal in district judge. again convicted in second case on basis of first conviction.but we got bail and appealed in district judge court. the main thing is that all the civil and criminal cases are false and baseless.can i get stay order for criminal cases till the main civil suit is disposed. or attach all cases (civil+ criminal) together and all cases can finalise same time.
Dear client you need to understand that civil and criminal cases cannot be clubbed togethert both are different and have its own power and proceedings. No you cannot get any stay order as well on the account that civil matter is pending adjudication. You can file an appeal in the present matter in which you have been granted bail
