Dear querist

Has the complaint been filed by the male employee or female employee because as per your query it seems that the same has been filed by a male employee. Cettain companies do take compalints from male employees as well. We also need to understand what act was exactly committed. I expertise in secual harassment related cases so let me know.

Hi,
as it said that complaint does not fall under sexual category. so not to worry. but one more thing without going through complaint I can't suggest better.
Committee proceedings have extended up to 162 days. Committee concluded proceedings on 12/04/2016 but have not given its report till date although a notice for the same has been given. It has also emerged in the proceeding that complaint does not fall under sexual category. What is the relief/remedy available to male person against whom the complaint is so made.
