ORDERD AS CNO 199/REF/SDO.M/09 DATED 30.12.2009 THIS CASE NOT FORWARDED TO COURT DUE TO FAKE ONE NOW I SUBMITED ALL RELEVENT CERTFICATES XEROXES TO SB VERIFICATION OFFICER BUT THEY ARE ASKING FOR COURT CLEARANCE COPY PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW TO GET IT, IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET CLEARANCE FOR UN FORWARD CASE PLEASE HEALP ME

Since the police has closed the case as fake case, you should file the police closure certificate in the court where the case was tried and ask for the case closure certificate from the court.
It is not a lengthy process, but court will provide you the certificate upon filing an application within 1 month.
So file a discharge petition under section 293 of CrPC in the court along with a copy of police closure report and get yourself cleared from the case.

As the case was closed as you say, the police must have filed the case closure report with the concerned court. Go to the court and file for certified copy of the closure report. You will get the copy. Submit that copy with the concerned officer. It may help.
