how to file fraud case against revenue officals

Sir Under mentioned revenue employees sold my land of one acre without any registry and signature, even they show a mutation to me which my name is put in seller.. But even when I put a rti on mutation mentioned deed it clearly showed that it was a mutation of any other person not mine.....in this way they done a clearly forgery with me but when I complaint to DC ,sp ,SDM ,cm window also but they not listened my complaint .sir plz me for justice

You have to file an FIR under relevant sections of the Indian penal code, and also file a Declaration suit in the Civil court along with the stay and not creating third party rights and alienating the said property .challenging the documents and also file a criminal complaint under section 156(3) in the criminal court.

if you have the undoubtable proof of what you want to show or prove then the police has the duty to take action and if you thinks despite that they are doing nothing then go for complaint case in the court.
