How to file complain against a gay guy seducing others

Hi, Basically I'm from South India, 22 years old. My problem is so many guys trying to seduce me in trains, buses, etc., I am very straight. I extremely hate that when they seducing and touching my thing(I think I don’t need to explain that). But I don’t know whether, a gay guy seducing another one is crime under IPC Section 377 or not. If so, please explain me how can I file a complaint against them.
If the man touches you against your will, it is molestation and it doesn't come under S377 as it speaks about unnatural offence. You may register a complaint for molestation against that man or group of men at the police station nearer to wherever this had occurred. As there is no express provision safeguarding men against molestation, S.354A(1)(i) and S.354A(2) of IPC shall be applied.

Section 377 of IPC SAYS ABOUT Unnatural offences.—Whoever voluntarily has carnal interÂcourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life], or with imprisÂonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. Explanation.—Penetration is sufficient to constitute the carnal intercourse necessary to the offence described in this section.
