How to file appeal from punishment

Mere bhai ke friend ne kisi ka murder kr diya or lapete me mera bhai v aa gya civil court me ise v saja ho gya.now what to do plz help
You can file an appeal to the hon'ble High Court against the sentence awarded by learned Civil Court. Simultaneously, you can also file a petion for suspension of his sentence and relese the accused till appeal is over.
