How to file a suit for recovery of money from family friend

Induced by family friend for a loan of 5 lacs, now not returning. Only proof available is the transfer of money from account to his account. The complainant is based in Mumbai and the receive is in Kerala state - Pl advise.

Hi if you have details of transfer to you friends than you can file case for recovery from Mumbai court but depends on you case was there any agreement or contact made between you both how much time has been pass etc.
