How to file a criminal case

06-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
One secretary of the local club filled a falls affidavit and other document before the municipality and got mutation in my property without my knowledge, after knowing all this I filed an objection and finally the municipality cancelled the mutation by mentioning that due to submission of the fraudulent document mutation has been cancelled. Now Civil case is going on. Should I be be able to file a criminal case simultaneously against that person?

yes sir, there is no bar to lodge criminal case against that person. Those are separate procedure and can run simultaneously. the cases of cheating and forged documents are very technical in nature. Plz consult with an expert before drafting complaint.

If the secretary of club has produced false and fabricated documents having intention to grab the property then you are free to lodge a criminal complain against him simultaneously and parallely with concerned civil case.

Hello,
Obviously you can file a criminal complaint against the accused person(s). You can file a complaint case before the concerned jurisdictional Court and as well as appear before the civil Court and defend you civil case.
Thank you,

MY OPINION THAT i have going through your matter & i think that you have already filed with civil case against that fraud of that person, and you have also get result by cancel the mutation, so it is very much important what is the present stand of your civil case , if you have establish merit, then you have chance to file criminal case against that person.
