How to file a complaint against an incident from 3 years ago

im a person use work as driver i got a passenger girl for duration aroung 3 months in the year from november-2013 to january2014 after january i stop her pickup as im not interested to do so by some missunderstanding she feels i like her which not correct in month of april-2014 she sent her associate to warn me, he came seat forcilbly in my vehicle threaten me with dire consequences that he will lodge false case also taken my vehicle docums forcibly as i dont about him who is he n name etc,. i dint complain even some advocates advice me not to complain now she registered false fir against me as it was continuos torture from dat days so now i want ask under IPC 200 cr pc to investigate about associate as complain against unknown person threatening to get evidence that she has done criminal act against me by enquire her .. so will court accept for investigation for past 3 years incident ? wat is the way to know about person threaten me to put up complaint bcoz police rejected
No need to file pvt claimplaint under 200 Cr.p.c. it is a long procedure. Complaint before the local police citing copies to ACP and DCP/SP. Do not worry that she gives false complaint. The Police enquires and if she give false complaint, they will not register that complaint against you and the police will file FIR against her and her associate. Have belief in Police and do not trust any advise of Advocates or other persons.

now the limitation issue will arise only when the case comes to the enquiry and usually the advocates will make the complaint comes within limitation and please be concentrated on proving the case wrong and secondly take up the issue of the limitation cant advice without particular details of the criminal case such as 163 statements and other complaint copies etc.,
