How to fight a fake Bigamy case filed by wife ?

My wife filed bigamy against me without filing any piece of paper evidence. Police, at his instigation gathered marriage receipt, marriage certificate from an unauthorized temple, by giving a forged letter said to be given by my alleged second spouse. The above said marriage receipt did not bear any signature of either mine or my parents. The marriage certificate too, did not bear our signatures. certificate go against me or not. Polices are taken 161 statements about 16 members and Chargesheet is filed in the court. judge is accept or not .Please clarify me.
Weather u were arrested with respect to these crime... by which p.s..., if so were u sent to judicial custody... if so... have the police filed charge sheet.... let us look into the complaint. Fir. Etc. And then we can suggest

If the marriage certificate does not contain your signature then it is invalid.
The judge might take cognizance of complaint and order trial as the complaint is of bigamy and i am sure you can win the case by disproving the witness in cross examination and also that your signature is not affixed in marriage certificate
