How to Fast Track the dowry death case in High Court?

My only sister was murdered for dowry in Oct.2009 by her in-laws. Her husband & MIL got 10 yrs RI by Session court in 2011. High Court gave bail to MIL in 6 months after that and a year later Husband got his term suspended. Both are as good as free as the Hearing hasn't yet started even 5 years after we filed the case in High Court for at least Life Imprisonment for the culprits.Our Lawyer in High court who is a junior lawyer as we cant offered Senior Lawyer is asking us to wait 2-3 more years,then Our hearing will start.Isn't it a joke?Pls help how to fast track the hearing in High Court?

You can approach the Supreme Court on this matter stating your grievance and challenging the orders of the high Court. If the session court has sentenced them the High Court has the power to grant bail and suspend the the sentence but on a really solid grounds if you approach the Supreme court and the Supreme Court thinks that the High Court has taken undue advantage of their power can overrule the orders of the high court
