How to defend forged experience letter for Job.

23-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear Lawyers, I am being paid very less against my experience. Hence have forged Appointment Letter and Salary Slips to get a new job and higher salary. After resigning and at home for two months, i got a job based on those documents. In the background verification, i got negative feedback and was terminated within 1 month. I am jobless again. I am currently not working in any company. When i asked for my salary for the days till termination date, the current company (who terminated) is planning for criminal case against me. Also, they state that my ex employer had been briefed about forged documents and they are also planning the same. They state that company has suffered huge financial loss. I am getting harassed and i do not work for any company now, then why they are harassing me? Just that i asked for the amount for the days worked?

As per forging of documents is concerned it is a criminal offence and you can be charged with the same if it is proved. Therefore, you have to prove that the same was given to you by the companies which issued them. You apply for job in new company without using the forged documents and wait till the time you don't recieve any legal notice or summons from court. Till then nothing can be done by you.
