How to deal with threats of injury and rape

My colleague raped me and now his brother is threatening me with dire consequences if i approach legal authorities. He has also broken my phone & giving me threats so that I am not able to ask anyone for help.

Consult and discuss more and file PCR against them for justice, justice never dies, consult and discuss more and file appropriate criminal proceedings and get relief. Need to be consult give oral statement and file immediate.

Hi, Your colleague committed serial crimes which is cognizable offence and the punishment is more than 7 years, if proved. You need to complaint to police about the incident and they will make preliminary investigation and file FIR against your colleague. You need to complaint as early as possible.
