How to deal with summons of court regarding illegal use of vehicle

Dear sir , kindly advice , i sold my bike in exchange in 2006 and take new bike from bajaj dealer , at that time i am not aware about paper work , but now after 10yrs today i received summon from court for your bike is use in Alcohol smuggling , now what i do please advice
First and foremost thing. Kindly do not igonore the summons received. Go to court on the date of hearing and show the documentation which you did at the time of exchange. You should also bring the same in the knowledge of the bajaj dealer as well as the company by a written communication. The court may consider your explanation and documents.

we have to look into the paper of bike. is there any papers who shows that the your bike has been hand over to the bajaj dealer or not? if yes you can claims that you have been sold that bike to the dealer you are not in any kind of connection of the matter related to the alcohol smuggling
