How to deal with petition filed by employer
02-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My employer has falsley filed a private petition on CMM court bangalore and he would like to withdraw it now. The petition is called on next week and would like to know if he can withdraw before or he has to wait till the day of hearing.
can close that matter before hearings ..even what type of case was filed against you ..? Immidiatly consult any advocate near you...they can withdraw that matter ...If you recieved any summons by court ..? Thank you
Please tell your employer to contact their lawyer, case can be withdrawn at any stage of the case . Tell your employer to that quickly. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further guidance on the subject matter.
