Question: when we went to out of stations one of neighbor illegally occupied our land and injected road there even though he dont have any sort of registrations when we ask any thing he is using uncomplimentary language can we raise the criminal case on this please suggest

File a suit for permanent injunction and get a order of temporary injunction against person who has illegally occupied yr land with document showing the entirety of ur property since u say he does not have document so file case and got ur right. U can also file criminal case for illegal trespass so think and file.

Yes you can...before you have to file the injunction suit against your nighbour ..if they are assaulting you you can lodge the complaint also,even without any documents how he accupied your property ...if he created illegal documents just claim against him
