How to deal with harassment of women at workplace

My boss sent his office assistant with a proposal for friendship with me which I clearly denied. After that, he has been very arrogant and professionally unjust with me. What is the remedy available if I report this matter in women gender cell
now a days these type of cases are seen alot.if your boss harrass or prejudice than you can file a complaint in woman gender cell. you can file a criminal case too against him. he can not harrass or torture or exploit the subordinate on basis of febder or sex. wonen gender cell will quickly take action and will call him and if there is no solution arise in between you than they will proceed with f.i.r.
