How to deal with fraudulent filed against us

my bf parents lodged false fir kidnap against us , his parents dinies our relationship and we stopped talking, he is from bihar , but he lives on rent in delhi . when he went to patna in feb , he was tortured aby his parents . he convinced his parents to go delhi for resign and vacant house in delhi. but from office he ran away , his parents were searching him from past 2 months. we dont know where he is living , but we know he is ttending his office regularly. as we r in same office . but his parents lodged false f.i.r of kidnapping and ransom against us in patna. what we will do, plz advice
Kindly show the attendance register or CCTV footage to prove that the boy is attending the office regularly. Hand over the evidence to Patna police as they are in charge of the investigation.

first you have to defend your self in the said fir, if he attending his office regularly then he will mark his presence in office register or may be some cctv cameras were also installed in your or his office

You will have to inform police about these facts. You can tell the police to verify the fact that he is attending office from your office. In addition to this you can approach the court for quashing of FIR. However, it is advisable to inform police so that they can file a closure report.
