First of all come to a clear slate position and get out of this mess. File an informatory before CJM stating all these things, give all the details snapshots of her messages and phone details. Take a certified copy of it. After that you can file a criminal complaint against her if she continues torturing you.

In your case first u should get a anticipatiory bail and thereafter u should write a application to the concerned sp with the help of a advocate for a fair supervision... And yes u can also go for quashing before the hon,ble high court.

If the case if of cheque bouncing and your bank account is a joint account or you are also one of the signatory in the particular bank account then only the question of abetment to commit such a crime happens. Consult any Advocate along with all the documentary proof.

you are not responsible for any of the criminal act done by your husband. if the amount withdrawal by you by way of ATM then the said amounts has been withdrawal by the ATM holder has been believe by the court. ATM Card issued the Account holder so you are no any responsibility
