One day fire broke out in the storeroom while the owner was sitting with his friend and the salesmen were out of shop. This is a matter need to be investigated though. As to whether the footage been fabricated or the salesman was involved. Since the owner initiated the fir his testimony in the court alOng with the salesman's statement will be analysed n the veracity will be tested in the light of evidences. If the tapes are morphed demand for the whole roll.....before 1hour of the fire....it has to be an uncut version....the way u supply evidence u will win the case

Either your friend can go for quashing of FIR u/s 482 Crpc before the Hon'ble High Court or he can wait till the Charge Sheet of the case and after Charge Sheet the case will proceed in trail. After Trial if he is acquitted with all charges then he may can file perjury case against the owner.
