How to deal with false accusation of murder

My father is in jail from dec 2015 in case of attempt to murder, after couple of months victim died and my father's case is converted in murder case, father never got bail, victim was in custody of her maternal family which we suspense has killed victims and acused my father

Regarding bail try to convince the high court (by filing repeated bail applications before it) that your father has been in Jail for about 1.5 years and still the case can take years to be decided. All other facts, such as the victim's maternal family has killed him, etc., should be proved before the trial court by adducing proper evidence. What the medical report says? Try to find something in it in your favour.
