Please kindly guide me, as new laaw says if a girl is educated this type of case won't be valid. As I as been promised that my boy friend will marry me after 4 years of relationshi. He denied marrying me by saying family reasons. Now I have been living with him for 5 years even I'm conceived now. This month he got engaged with another girl front of his family. I want stop his marriage and prove he is the father of my baby. As he clearly said he would t take care of the baby at any cost. I want to get marry with him as I can't take care bad name on my child future pls guide me.

As you have mentioned you have lived with him for 5 years. You can file a case against under Domestic Violence Act by proving your Live-In relation with him and can also claim for compensation or maintenance . Even file a police complaint to stop his marriage. Keep all the evidences safely and consult any advocate to take legal action.
