How to deal with ex-gf giving suicide threats

Hello, I am a boy aged 20 years. I was in a relationship for 4 years with a girl of same age. We never had any sexual relations. When I decided to break up with her, there was lots of drama. My reason for breaking up was, I did too much for her and I never received the same love in return. I started liking a girl in my college. However, I didn't wanted to cheat on my ex so I decided to breakup. I didn't mention about the girl as she might try contacting her via FB and abuse her. My ex started threatening me suicide if I broke up with her. I have her saved voice calls and msgs in which she is threatening me of suicide is evident. However, her condition started deteriorating. Her physical health was affected because of breakup. What should I do? Just wanted to live my life. I didn't wanted this to happen. What should I do?

At this age better concentrate on your studies to built a better future. Kindly go and talk to the parents of that girl. This may create some ruckus but would give you everlasting peace.

First involve your elders and if possible that of the girl and let them handle the issue.
These issues very often spiral into dangerous legal problems when someone either by design or immaturity does something silly.
As of now you hardly have any legal recourse but getting elders may bring this issue to a better closure.
