How to cancel the reservation if that person is misusing it ?

hello sir/madam. one of my known to is actually an forward cast person but misused their position of the parent and got an bc reservation certificate and misused to get nice jobs and medical seats from reputed colleges in andhra pradesh. i dont have enough evidence of them wat should i do to get their degrees cancelled.
