Agare mere parents mujhe bedakhal nahi karte hai to kya main khud unse notification affidavit ke thru bedakhal ho jau kyuki kabhi bhi meri wife unlogo pe aur mujhpe 498A ka charge laga sakti hai?
If you are living in a Hindu Joint Family then you can ask for partition of the property, which in turn will dissolve the said joint family. However, regarding the threat/apprehension of case of 498A against you can your family, you will have to file a NC in the police station that she might file false cases on you and your family.
