How to ask for CBI investigation checking in a murder case

Sir in a murder case of my husband . I want to asking about CBI inquiry. What is the prossiger of CBI inqiry and how could I will apply for an CBI Inqiry. Pls sir give ans. In Hindi if possible
You have to apply for motion in high court. Judge will ask for status report from the police concerned officers. Thereafter you can request the hon'ble court to handover your case to other investigating agency. You can choose whatever agency. There are lot more department then cbi. I can help you with all that cases.
