How to apply for bail in a criminal case

My Brother who was 18+ year for an accident one cousin died. After that cousin family members who had working in dist court by fake eye witness took my brother for life imprisonment. How i got bail . Please suggest.
which court give punishment , if lower court give punishment , then u can prefer appeal to higher court and during pendency of appeal or for prefering an appeal court can grant bail according to law.
