How can i withdraw my case filed U/S 323 & 352 of IPC
14-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I filed a complaint against my husband for the above said offence.now we living separately.bt now I don't want to proceed the case what can I do
withdrawal of the case depends on the stage of the case. If it is in the crime stage, u can move for quashing of the proceedings. If it is in the evidence stage, u can either make it hostile or compound the matter.
