How can I withdraw complaint against an agency

Sir,I paid money for merchant navy job placement to marine agency through his agent.for completing 18 month onboard ship training as deck cadet. But agency provided only 4 months.after that I complained against that agency in dg shipping.Now he is giving my money back by hand.but he is taking whithdrow complaint with notary. 1 sir plz suggest, can I withdraw complaint against that agency? Bcz he doesn't want to give proof money returned. How shall I withdraw complaint with him t hat he neve case file against me bcz he is getting problem due to my complain so he is giving my mony by hand.
Nothing is clear in your story. Whether you have filed complaint before police or before court of law. Still, if your complaint is before police you may application for withdrawal stating your amicable settlement. If it is before court of law you may appoint the advocate and withdraw the same. But remember that you must execute a MOu stating all the facts and terms conditions of your settlements.
