For your information anticipatory bail is granted in sec 438 Crpc not in 439
If case is registerd against you then you have to prove yourself non guilty before the court of law
As u said anticipatory is granted then you should be free from being arrest by giving a copy of order to respective police authorities and appear before court on date fixed

You got anticipatory bail so police can't arrest you unless you fulfil the conditions of bail. You don't worry about case the burden of proof is on who filed case against you. You only defend the case.

You have got anticipatory bail, means in the event of arrest you will have right to be released on bail.

Even if there is no proof that you have committed criminal breach of trust, you will have to prove your innocence before the Court.
