How can i get relief in a false SC/ST atrocities case filed against me

One person gave one complaint agaisnt our family in court for lodgeing FIR.His complaint is he came to my residence and ask me for the money and we don't gave money and we give him abusing words and jati succhak words. Still his complaint is in court and next date is on 5th august 2016.Is any law is there that help us to stop FIR against us on his complaint if no then how can we get relief in arresting. Because this is a false case and fabricated case.

Without read fir and sec perfact. Suggestions iis not possible although ur family's have legally right to file criminal writ in realivent high court for quessing fir or file revision against coganizense taken by trial court

you can file a case / application under section 482 crpc in High court to quash this FIR /case which has been filed against you . But your advocate will have to prove it in court . Apart from this engage a good advocate to face the trial and dont worry much but do emphasise how can you manage people who can be in your favor .

Yes if the fir has been lodgedvthen u can file 482 / criminal writ petitin beforr high court challenging that fir. With the oetition u can file a stay applicatiin for staying further proceeding arising out of the fir.
