How can i get bail for case filed U/S 351d

Hi all, One girl put a case on me i,e 351d and now they are agree for compramise Let me know if possible to get the bail ??
You can apply for bail under sec 437 of crpc if compromise recorded you can show surrender and bail at same time and get it hostile by committing trail and let the witness turn hostile and then you can get acquitted
