How can i file a case against my uncle for harassment caused by him

Sir am student . but mere uncle mere sath zagda karte he aur mere family logo ko Gali dete he.aru muse government job na lage isilia kisi kes me fasana chahte he. Aur muze janse Marne ki damki de rhe he .please help.
Ur matter is not complete therefore i can not understand what is the actual problem but in such situation U can lodge a report to ur nearby police station..but right naw u will not file any suit against your auncle..

It's better to file the complaint before nearest police station as you say that your uncle is threatening to you for dire consequences. There can be registered a police complaint as per the provisions of Indian penal code.
