Having physical relation by making false promise for marriage

Hello sir/madam I am here to ask you about false promise of marriage. Can i file a case against a girl who have make false promise of marriage and had physical relation with me? she threatened me by cutting her hand she wrote my name on her hand and made this public now . Now i want to file a case against her . Can i ? If yes ! Please guide me . I have solid evidence against her . So please help me.
You cannot file any case against her. There is no such law at this moment which gives male this right of filing a case against a women. But what you can do is file a defamation case against her and also file a complaint with the police to safeguard your rights for future

instead the girl can file plenty of cases(cheating, raping , abuse) etc.
so better to be quiet and walk away from the relationship rather than lamenting about it.
