Harassment by Ex-Boyfriend what can i do.

My ex boyfriend is harrashing me and my family calling them and saying your daughter is characterless and he wants all the money he invested on gifts for me he has some photographs of our.. My parents are threatened they are confused about what steps should they take.. Pls advice me
