Harassed by traffic police and misguided by lawyer, what should I do

I was stopped by traffic PSI in 2012 and falsely booked Drunken Driving case by getting others reading on the Alcometer, I argued, he demanded Rs.2000, I did not give. He assaulted me causing "Grevious Injury" in my left ear. He got me assaulted by the other Police and got my signatures on Alcometer challan. He then filed a FALSE charge sheet u/s 185 of IMV Act, got me convicted. I filed a complaint at local PS for GREVIOUS INJURY. The police did not file FIR but an N.C.R. Approached senior police, they did not investigate. I filed Private Complaint u/s 200 CrPC. Magistrate referred for Investigation u/s 156(3) of CRPC. Police did not file FIR for 9 months, in the mean while my Lawyer (misguided me) approached HC u/s 482 of CrPC to quash order for Investigation. HC ordered to proceed u/s 202 of CRPC. Trial court recorded my Sworn Statement,took cognizance of the case u/s 325 of IPC.With no Investigation & no witnesses, but only WOUND CERTIFICATE.Can I request for an Investigation now?

Your lawyer has not totally misguided you. For an injury caused by assult inside police station, you cannot be expected to bring witnesses. what you are having is enough, provided your own evidence is strong enough. Ask for CCTV footage of police station at that precise time.
